Our peer-to-peer program is a 12-week psychoeducational well-being group based on the principles of responsibility, education, acceptance, connection, and hope. The program helps participants with depression or anxiety disorders manage their illness and stay well.

There are people in your community who are struggling with their mental health right now. Anxiety disorders are estimated to affect 2.8 percent of the population in Zimbabwe. However, the number can be even higher given the diagnosis and treatment gap which is high.
Although so many of us are touched by mental health issues, sometimes it can be hard to make sense of or find the right words to talk about it.

That’s why our evidence-informed school resources, presentations, and programs, including teacher and educator training, like the School-Based Mental Health Programme, have been developed to help young Zimbabweans grow into resilient and mentally healthy adults.
